How to request a refund

Refund requests are handled by email. Write to info@mbsxbtl.com with your name, the service you purchased, and a short description of your request. We will acknowledge your email and respond with a decision.

How requests are evaluated

We review each request individually, taking into account the services purchased, the work already delivered, and the terms agreed with you at the start of the engagement. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method.

Invoices and billing

Invoices and payments for our services may appear under mbsxbtl.com or MBSXBTL LLC. If you have a question about a charge, include the invoice or payment reference in your email and we will look into it.
